Modern!SSB Boys x Reader High School Is Hard #7

         No one was shocked or surprised or anything like that, except for Shulk, even though he's been through this countless times. He was utterly astonished, the grade scribbled on his paper put him through deep depression.

   Yes, Shulk got a D-, he wasn't too bright at school-related things though, and everyone knew it. You knew nobody would try to cheer him up, so you gave it a spin.

    "Shulk, you'll do better next time, just try your best!" You cheered, a fist in the air. His face lit up.

"You think so?!" He was flattered, looking at you with dreamy eyes.

     "Of course, your smart, I know it!"

"Thank you so much, (y/n)! Your so nice!"

     "Anytime, Shulk," you offered, smiling wildly.

Now it was fourth period, another exam, another failed attemped for Shulk .......and you. He was once again sunk in his sorrows.

     "Well there's always a next time...." you pouted, forcing a smile.

 "Yeah, I guess so...." Shulk chuckled sarcastically. You suddenly felt a adrenaline burst out of you.

     "You know what?! No more chasing Kirby down the street! We're both studying for the next test and we're both getting an A++!" The sudden outbreak caused Shulk to also glow with determination.

        "Your so cool, (y/n)! I just love you!"
